For full monetary refunds passengers must e-mail cancellation request 48 hours in advance prior to pick up date and time.
Our office will respond to all cancellation requests by e-mail. No Refunds within 48hrs of travel. Exception to refunds may
be considered for customer who’s flights have been canceled.
